Refund & Returns Policy

At IGYA Collection, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under EU or other applicable consumer protection laws.


1) EU Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, unless an exception applies (see product categories below).

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@igyacollection.com with your order number. Return instructions will be provided where applicable.


2) Product Categories & Return Conditions

Clothing & Apparel

Orders are prepared and finalized within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

This timeframe allows us to complete final checks and ensure each item meets our quality standards before shipping.

Jewelry, Bags & Accessories (Standard Items)

These items follow standard return conditions:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Diamond Rings (Order-Confirmed Pieces)

Diamond rings are confirmed-to-order pieces.

Due to their nature and value:

• No cancellations once the order is confirmed
• No returns or refunds for change of mind
• No exchanges

Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• A manufacturing defect is confirmed upon delivery

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or videos.


3) Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return (where applicable):

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

All returns must be authorized and handled directly by IGYA Collection.


4) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Digital or downloadable products
• Hygiene-related items (unless faulty)
• Pierced earrings (unless sealed and unopened, or faulty)
• Diamond rings (except as stated above)


5) Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos or videos of the item and packaging

This allows us to assess the issue and proceed accordingly.


6) How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact: support@igyacollection.com with:

• Order number
• Item(s) concerned
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


7) Refunds

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

Refunds may be processed once:

• The returned item is received, or
• Proof of return shipment is provided


8) Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.


9) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


10) Delivery & Logistics

Orders are handled through established logistics operations to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and external factors such as customs procedures.

In the event of confirmed loss by the carrier, a resolution will be provided.


11) Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:

Approved returns may be refunded as store credit, where applicable.
