Refund & Returns Policy (EN)
Overview
At IGYA Collection, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns/refunds work. It does not limit your statutory rights.
1) EU Right of Withdrawal (distance sales)
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email igyacollection@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.
2) 30-Day Quality Guarantee
Beyond the EU withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day window from delivery for exchanges/refunds on defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
3) Eligibility for returns
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Do not return items to the manufacturer/Eprolo or any supplier. All returns are handled directly with IGYA Collection.
4) Non-returnable items
Gift cards and digital/downloadable products.
Hygiene/health items and perishable goods (unless faulty).
Pierced earrings: return only if sealed and unopened (unless faulty).
5) Transport damage (48h)
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or the item is DOA, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. This helps us file a carrier claim and resolve it quickly.
6) How to start a return (RMA)
Email igyacollection@gmail.com with:
Order number, item(s), reason for return, photos (if defective/damaged).
We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
7) Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of shipment. If a return is rejected, we’ll explain why.
8) Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect and stock is available. Otherwise, we’ll refund.
9) Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
10) Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns can be refunded as store credit.
