Overview
At IGYA Collection, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under EU or other applicable consumer protection laws.
1) EU Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies (see product categories below).
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@igyacollection.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions where applicable.
2) Product Categories & Return Rules
Clothing & Apparel
All clothing items are produced individually for each customer.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping
Minor variations in color, sizing tolerance, or print alignment may occur and are considered normal
Jewelry, Bags & Accessories (Standard Items)
These items follow standard return rules:
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Diamond Rings (Order-Confirmed Items)
Diamond rings are order-confirmed / made-to-order products.
Because of their nature and value:
❌ No cancellations once the order is confirmed
❌ No returns or refunds for change of mind
❌ No exchanges
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
The item arrives damaged, or
A manufacturing defect is confirmed upon delivery
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or videos.
3) Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (where applicable):
Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
⚠️ Do not send items to manufacturers or third parties.
All returns must be authorized and handled directly by IGYA Collection.
4) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Digital or downloadable products
Hygiene or health-related items (unless faulty)
Pierced earrings, unless sealed and unopened (or faulty)
Diamond rings, except in cases described above
5) Damaged on Arrival (48-Hour Rule)
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos or videos of the item and packaging
This allows us to assess the issue and, if applicable, file a claim with the carrier.
6) How to Start a Return
To request a return, email: support@igyacollection.com with:
Order number
Item(s) concerned
Reason for return
Photos or videos (if damaged or defective)
We will reply with instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
7) Refunds
If a return is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
Refunds may be withheld until:
The returned item is received, or
Proof of return shipment is provided
If a return is rejected, we will explain the reason.
8) Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Subject to stock availability
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued
⚠️ Diamond rings are not eligible for exchanges, except in case of confirmed defects.
9) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
10) Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped:
Delivery status is determined by the carrier’s official tracking information
IGYA Collection is not responsible for delays, customs procedures, or losses caused by the carrier
Refunds or replacements are considered only if the carrier officially confirms the parcel as lost.
11) Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:
Approved returns may be refunded as store credit, where applicable
